Refunds

Gift subscriptions bought on superglu.app
Gift subscriptions are one-time purchases made on superglu.app.
- Within 14 days of purchase, if the code has not been redeemed: you can request a full refund. The code is cancelled when the refund is issued and can no longer be redeemed.
- After the code has been redeemed: the gift has been delivered, so it is not refundable, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
- Expired codes: a code that has not been redeemed within 12 months of purchase expires. Expired codes can't be redeemed or refunded.
- After 14 days: unredeemed, unexpired codes are not automatically refundable, but contact us — we'll look at each request fairly, for example if the code never arrived or you bought the wrong length.
How to request a refund: email support@glucoworks.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order or receipt number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show it.
If you did not receive your code, we'll resend it rather than refund it unless you prefer a refund.
Subscriptions bought inside the SuperGlu app
Monthly and yearly subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, not by us. Apple handles those refunds under its own policies. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. To stop renewal, cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). We can't issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period except where required by law.
Free trial
The 7-day trial is free and needs no payment method, so there is nothing to refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase.
